iMAG offers a full service Resident Insurance Center for every community in your portfolio. We work with you to make this a positive and successful program. Our Customer Service Department is available to answer resident questions or to file a claim. We provide ongoing training and can design a program to meet your needs. Additionally, we offer a variety of customizable reports to aid in monitoring the progress of the program.
How Are We Different?
- Customer Service - Trained Customer Service Representatives are available to answer resident questions, file a claim or follow up on a claim. Spanish speaking available.
- Training - Training your Leasing Associates on how to offer MyRenterPolicy is an important component of a successful Renter’s Insurance program. We provide ongoing training, both in person and via live web, and work with you to design a training program that works for you.
- Reporting - A variety of customizable reports are available to assist in monitoring the program for your Executive team.
- Marketing - We supply all MyRenterPolicy marketing materials to your participating communities at no charge. We also provide incentive programs for Leasing Associates, sponsor and participate in your company’s events.
